How to place an order on Maycooff ?

Payment Process After Verification

We have implemented a simple and secure payment system to ensure an optimal experience for our customers. Here are the detailed steps of the Payment After Verification process :

A. Product Selection and Order Confirmation

• The customer selects their desired products and adds them to their cart.
• Once the delivery information and order preferences are entered, the customer selects the payment method: “Payment After Verification” at checkout.
• After confirming this choice, the customer is automatically redirected to the Thank You Page.

B. Thank You Page

On this page:
• A message thanks the customer for their order and confirms that the information has been successfully received.
• The selected payment method (Payment After Verification) is displayed.
• A “Proceed to Payment” button is available, which redirects the customer directly to a WhatsApp conversation with our customer service team.

 

Important : As soon as the customer reaches the Thank You Page, they automatically receive a WhatsApp message.

C. Receiving the WhatsApp Message

The customer receives two automatic messages :
• First Message: A complete summary of their order, reminding them that payment has not yet been made and that the order is being verified.
• Second Message: A final confirmation once the customer service team has validated the order.

 

Verification usually takes between 5 and 8 minutes maximum. We recommend that the customer remains attentive to WhatsApp notifications during this time.

D. Order Validation and Payment

• Once the order is verified and validated by our customer service team, the customer will receive an official PayPal.me link from our company.


• Available Payment Options:
- Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.)
- PayPal Account

 

The customer can choose their preferred payment method directly through the secure PayPal.me link.

E. Confirmation and Delivery

• Once payment is completed, the order is officially confirmed.
• The customer will receive a final notification confirming that their order is being prepared and will be delivered according to the chosen delivery preferences.
